Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train, schedule, and manage staff for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control policies and regulations.
• Address concerns from residents and staff promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle employee performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or healthcare is a plus.
• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and infection control standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
