Own Environmental Compliance at a Key Industrial Site

Take ownership of a high-visibility environmental program where your expertise will directly influence plant performance, regulatory relationships and long-term compliance. This is an opportunity to become the site's trusted environmental lead, with exposure to regional leadership and clear routes for future progression.

  • Competetive salary commensurate with level and experience
  • Relocation support for suitable candidates
  • Career progression into regional, corporate or broader environmental leadership roles

Why This Business

Join a globally established industrial materials business with significant operations across North America. The organisation offers the scale and resources of an international group while giving its site-based environmental professionals meaningful visibility and responsibility.

This Nevada operation works within a rigorous regulatory environment, making it an excellent platform for an environmental professional who wants to deepen their permitting expertise and build credibility managing complex industrial compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead site environmental compliance, including Title V air permitting, reporting, monitoring, sampling and emissions requirements.
  • Manage permit applications and renewals while maintaining effective relationships with local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Drive environmental incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions covering emissions, spills, discharges and equipment failures.
  • Oversee regulatory inspections and broader environmental programs, including reclamation, waste, water and product registration requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of environmental experience, ideally within lime, cement, mining or another industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Strong Title V and permitting experience, including practical exposure to permit applications, renewals and compliance cycles.
  • Environmental, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Sciences or related technical education, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of industrial environmental regulation, with Nevada, Clark County, EPA, NDEP, water, waste or emissions experience particularly valuable.

Who This Suits

You're an environmental professional who combines technical credibility with clear communication and practical judgement. You are comfortable engaging regulators, plant leadership and operational teams, and you want the autonomy to become the environmental point person for a complex industrial site.

You may already be operating at Supervisor level, or you could be an experienced environmental professional ready to take greater ownership. Stronger Manager-level candidates with deeper experience are also encouraged to apply.
