Broadbent & Associates, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an organized full-time Environmental Stack Testing Field Technician to conduct stack emissions testing across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years stack testing experience per EPA methods 1–5; training available for the right candidate.
• CEMS experience is helpful but not required.
• Associates or B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work at heights with proper training and safety protocols.
• Must be able to travel and possess a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Self-starter with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to operate high-lifts, climb scaffolding and lift 50–70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stack emissions testing activities (bag houses, furnace stacks, industrial flares, etc.).
• Calibrate equipment and maintain the mobile lab trailer between job sites.
• Operate and troubleshoot complex electronic and stack gas conveyance systems to stay compliant.
• Follow health and safety procedures and perform shop duties as needed.
