This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. This temporary position is located in Wilmington, NC -New Hanover County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $27.04 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Environmental Quality. This position is located at 127 Cardinal Dr, Wilmington, NC 28405.
This position will evaluate permits for compliance by conducting file reviews to include but not limited to confirming ownership and ensuring the required certifications and recorded documents have been submitted (deed restrictions, plats, easements, operation and maintenance agreements). Compliance related correspondence and reports will be prepared to advise the current permit holders and/or current property owners of the permit requirements and their responsibilities. Routine communication with developers, consultants, landowners, contractors and the public about these results and the requirements of the permit conditions is expected to explain the permits and any required actions.
