Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead environmental simulation testing projects in the United States. You will interface with clients, schedule, and own projects from initial calls to test reports, and provide technical oversight to technicians.

CAD design skills and a strong grasp of electronics are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4 years of vibration testing experience, and the ability to work on-site in

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Four years of vibration/shock environmental testing experience.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Basic understanding of electricity and electronics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to prepare testing and overcome challenges.
• Schedule and own projects from introduction call to test report.
• Assign tasks to Technicians and oversee projects.
• Perform Environmental Simulation testing and mechanical CAD designs.
• Assist ISO 17025 audits and project scoping.
• Maintain organization and meet goals for your assigned facility zone.
• Travel as needed.
