ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNAGE PROJECT MANAGER - Hybrid

We are looking for a qualified and localEnvironmentalSignage Project Manager in the Phoenix, AZ market, with experience in all @types of graphic and interior signage, to add to our talented team.

Environmental Signage Project ManagerResponsibilities:

• Engage with clients directly through weekly meetings and daily touchpoints via phone, email, and video calls.
• Uphold high-quality standards, ensuring adherence to client specifications while effectively managing budgets up to $2.5mm.
• Collaborate with sales, designers, and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Evaluate project solutions based on client needs and site assessments to determine precise manufacturing and installation requirements, taking the lead once the project is contracted.
• Create, develope and oversee project timelines and schedules encompassing all stages from manufacturing to delivery and installation.
• Oversee and source vendors, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Submit weekly project status reports to the management team.
• Interact and maintain close communication with all departments to ensure high-quality and punctual project deliveries.
• Regularly communicate project updates and progress as necessary.

Environmental Signage Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in print/environmental signage project management and/or agency experience on experiential marketing projects.
• Experience with Smartsheets, a plus
• Proficient in Excel and other MS programs
• Ability to analyze challenges, determine risk and assumptionsand proactively offer solutions, both within the team and to external partners.
• Directly engage with clients across various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience and knowledge of substrates and production process.
• Understanding scope of work and the ability to time manage and prioritize multiple projects accordingly.
• Showcase meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
