Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking an overnight supervisor to oversee environmental services staff and maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations.

You will direct training, performance feedback, and staffing, resolve complex issues, and coordinate bed management and other departmental workflows to support patient care quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• 1 year of supervision experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, effective communications, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
