Job Description

The EVS Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer, client, and patient satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary based on location, client requirements, and business needs.

JOB TYPE: Part-Time

SHIFT: 1st Shift (AM)

Candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $17.00.

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations (OSHA, local, federal, Aramark).
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, waste removal, and restroom cleaning following infection control procedures.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment accurately.
• Clean assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Follow procedures for trash storage and disposal, transporting waste to designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues via work orders.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service, and be adaptable to customer needs.
• Secure the facility, ensuring proper locking/unlocking.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
