Job summary

Aramark is seeking an EVS Worker to clean and maintain assigned areas, ensuring patient and resident rooms are sanitized and safe. The role involves following OSHA and client regulations, transporting waste, and reporting maintenance needs.

You will interact with patients, clients, and coworkers with a friendly, professional demeanor in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, cleaning rooms, maintaining equipment, and securing the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment per regulations.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms.
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
