Job summary

Mercy is hiring an Environmental Services Technician to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across our healthcare facility, ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to a healthy, hygienic environment that supports patient healing.

Minimum qualifications show Education: None; Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and hospital experience with following instructions. Physical tasks may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience: Prior Hospital Environmental service experience. Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.

Physical Requirements

Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
