Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $18.31 - $25.63. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:
  • Location: Naperville, IL
  • Full Time - 40 hours
  • Hours: Nights (11pm - 7:30am), rotating weekends and holidays as needed
What you will do:

The Environmental Services Technician Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Environmental Services team in providing exceptional cleaning and sanitation services. This position ensures compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines. The lead supervises, directs, and supports a team of Environmental Services Technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

What you will need:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service skills for explaining policies and communicating with sensitivity and tact
  • Ability to read, exchange information, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Comfort with basic computer technology
  • Basic communication skills with patients, visitors, and coworkers
