Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking an Environmental Services Technician I for the second shift. You will remove waste, clean and disinfect patient care areas including rooms, operating suites, and public spaces, and assist with room turnover.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, bed transport, linen handling, and reporting any maintenance needs. The role requires basic computer use and following department protocols.

Qualifications

• Can read, write, and speak English fluently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove non-hazardous waste and recyclables daily.
• Damp wipe, dust, mop, and vacuum surfaces daily.
• Operate ultraviolet light equipment to disinfect surfaces daily.
• Make beds, cribs, and stretchers; move linens as needed.

• Refill hand soap, sanitizer, tissues, and towels daily.
• Move furniture to access cleaning areas and improve presentation.
