Job summary

Providence is seeking an Environmental Services attendant to perform general cleaning and support across the OR and facility, including patient rooms and surgical areas.

Responsibilities include handling trash and linen, room setup/breakdown, and maintaining floors and surfaces with specialized procedures. Experience in housekeeping and OR housekeeping is preferred, with multiple shifts available.

Description

Performs general cleaning and other service tasks in various areas throughout the OR and the facility to include patient rooms, ancillary areas, and surgical environments. Handles, transports, and processes trash and linen. Performs set-up and break-down of meeting rooms. Maintains floors, walls, upholstery and other items using specialized cleaning procedures.

Operating Room: Assists EVS OR Lead in coordinating, completion and cleaning of surgical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of Housekeeping experience.

• 1 year of Operating Room: Housekeeping experience.
