Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is hiring an Environmental Services Utility Worker to maintain a clean, safe retirement living environment. This full-time role operates days, with no weekend shifts, and includes on-site duties in our care-focused campus.

You will perform housekeeping tasks, handle supplies, assist with events, and support residents while following safety standards. A high school diploma and a willingness to learn are preferred; a PA driver license is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license; box truck driving preferred.
• Basic computer and organizational skills required.
• Interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned housekeeping tasks in a timely and safe manner.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assists with setup and breakdown of chairs/tables for events.
• Reports safety or environmental concerns to supervisor.
• Assists residents with light moving or packing as needed.
• Maintains clean and safe work areas and vehicles.
• Documents work orders and time as required.
