Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is hiring an Environmental Services Utility Worker for day shifts. You will perform housekeeping duties, operate cleaning equipment, and assist with resident needs to maintain a clean, safe Health Care Center environment.

On-the-job training is provided. A PA driver's license is required, and you’ll contribute to schedule-based sanitation tasks, waste handling, and CMMS documentation as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver License required.
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned work orders promptly as directed by supervisor, including trash disposal and moving equipment.
• Operates housekeeping equipment safely; maintains and cleans equipment.
• Assists with setup and breakdown of chairs and tables per supervisor instruction.
• Maintains and operates UV disinfecting systems and monitors scheduling.
• Monitors waste disposal in compliance with regulations; supports snow operations as needed.
• Generates CMMS work orders and documents time for payroll.
