Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs routine cleaning tasks in assigned area.
• Follows a 7-step cleaning process including bed remakes after discharge cleaning.
• Maintenance of floors and carpets as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 7-step cleaning process and discharge cleaning tasks.
• Clean fixtures, furnishings, walls, woodwork, floors and equipment interiors/exteriors.
• Empty trash, wipe and relines containers; operate compactor if needed.
• Replenish disposable items such as soap, toilet paper and towels.
• Move and reset furnishings to original locations after tasks.
• Perform floor care methods: dust/wet mopping, stripping, refinishing, spot cleaning, burnishing and extraction.
