Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, IN, is hiring an Environmental Services Technician to keep our campuses clean and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors. The role emphasizes a thorough daily cleaning routine and attention to safety.

Night shift from 6p to 2a with some weekends and rotating holidays; benefits include PTO from day one for full-time staff, work-life balance, behavioral health assistance, and regular supervision.

Qualifications

• Self-motivator capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds to chest level throughout the day.
• Ability to work safely with common household chemicals.
• Consistent ability to bend, stand and reach.
• High school diploma OR one year previous experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, outlying areas, hallways, restrooms and work areas.
• May clean carpet and tile flooring.
• Keep campuses clean and welcoming.
• Follow a daily schedule and checklist.

What You’ll Do as a Environmental Services (ES) Technician:

ES Technicians are an important part of the Oaklawn team, keeping our campuses clean and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors.

• ES Technicians clean offices, outlying areas, hallways, restrooms, work areas and carpet and tile flooring.
• Night shift - 6p - 2a with some weekends and rotating holidays
