Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to perform cleaning and sanitation throughout the healthcare facility, helping maintain infection control and a healthy healing environment.

The role is full-time with evening/night shifts, located at Mercy - Fort Smith. Education is not required, but preferred is a High School diploma or equivalent, and prior hospital environmental service or related experience is a plus. Benefits are offered for eligible team members.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
