Job summary

Intermountain Health in St James Hospital, Butte, Montana, is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant surgical environment. Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers attained within 6 months of hire
• Carrying, Climbing, Crawling, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pulling/Pushing, Seeing, Speaking, Squatting/Kneeling, Standing, Walking

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floor surfaces.
• Strip, wax and polish floors.
• Complete terminal cleanings of OR suites.
• Clean walls and floors according to hospital guidelines.
• Clean ventilation system.
• Dispose of all infectious and non-infectious waste.
• Be responsible for all OR furniture and set-up.
• Position beds in accordance with surgical procedure as well as all other surgical aids.
• Set up surgical tables and equipment towers.
• Maintain all wall and ceiling surfaces, including lights.
• Assist in supply chain management.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels as benchmarked by Surgical Director

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
