Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to maintain a high level of cleanliness across our Evanston facilities. The role involves cleaning, traveling between sites as needed, and responding to communications by phone, radio, or pagers.

This part-time Day shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) includes rotating weekends and opportunities to contribute to a comprehensive benefits package. Prior hospital experience is preferred, with a HS diploma recommended.

Qualifications

• One year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.20 to $22.10. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
