**Job Description**

The Environmental Services EVS Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing facility solutions. This role will lead the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

**Note:** This position requires the ability to float between all six Main Line Health locations. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between locations. Please be aware that commuting between work locations is not reimbursed, and employees are expected to use their personal vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.
  2. Reward and recognize employees.
  3. Identify and engage top talent; develop team members to their fullest potential; plan and lead management meetings.
  4. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
  5. Establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships for mutual benefit.
  6. Identify client needs; communicate operational progress; deliver excellent customer service based on WEST principles.
  7. Assist with planning and information sharing as part of the standard selling model (STAR) during client interactions.
  8. Support new business development and client retention activities.
  9. Build revenue and manage budgets, including controlling costs related to labor, supplies, and inventory.
  10. Ensure the completion and accuracy of P&L statements; deliver financial targets for clients and the company.
  11. Adopt and utilize all Aramark processes and systems; eliminate custom/manual reports.
  12. Understand performance metrics, data, and inventory trends; educate teams on levers to improve margins.
  13. Create value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
  14. Develop skills and adapt to changing job duties to positively impact employees and customers, recognizing that responsibilities may evolve without formal notice.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with up to 2 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
