Job summary

Servicon is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead our environmental services team on site, ensuring safety, training, and operational excellence at our facilities in Scottsdale. You will supervise staff, enforce safety protocols, and drive performance while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires 3+ years in environmental services with leadership experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Familiar with timekeeping systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Onsite supervision of staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring supplies/equipment.
• Coach staff on safety procedures and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Inspect team work to meet cleanliness standards and regulatory requirements.
• Guide employees, handle routine employee relations, and involve HR as needed.
• Participate in recruitment to ensure staffing with the right skills.
• Onboard/train new hires on policies, procedures and safety expectations.
• Attend meetings and communicate information to the team.
• Maintain an “inspection ready” environment and ensure client relations.
• Recognize and develop high performers; assist with major projects as needed.
