Job summary

Roane Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor, Environmental Services to oversee the housekeeping department, ensure staff coverage, maintain equipment and supplies, and uphold high cleanliness standards across patient and public areas.

The full-time role requires at least two years of supervisory housekeeping experience, a valid Tennessee driver's license, and the ability to travel locally as needed to support hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping and/or supervisory experience required.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and insurance as per Covenant Health standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping personnel and direct work activities.
• Schedule shifts, supervise staffing, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory for the department.
• Ensure cleanliness standards in patient and public areas and participate in quality initiatives.
• Local travel as required to support hospital locations.
