Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL seeks a capable supervisor to oversee daily staff activities on night shifts. You will assess service quality, coordinate staffing, and support staff development to maintain Memorial’s high standards of care.

You will train, coach and evaluate staff, participate in interviewing, and help manage bed- and department-wide technology while resolving complex issues to ensure top performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of supervision experience in healthcare or related environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Summary:
