Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Environmental Services supervisor for Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. You will coordinate routine and non-routine EVS operations, orient and train teammates, prepare schedules, and maintain records.

The position offers 40 hours per week, 7am–3:30pm with rotating weekends, with compensation ranging from $21.85 to $32.80 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents.
