Job summary

The role manages scheduling, evaluates work quality, trains staff, conducts performance reviews, and implements policies. It also oversees sourcing of supplies and prepares monthly quality improvement reports for the committee.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains adequate shift coverage by scheduling employees for shifts.
• Evaluates quality of work and conducts daily visual inspections.
• Implements policies in line with state and federal regulations.
• Prepares monthly quality improvement reports for committee review.
• Interviews and hires staff; conducts performance evaluations and coaching.
• Trains employees on policies, safety, and procedures; oversees supplies and equipment.
