Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am) to coordinate and direct routine cleaning operations across the Pineville facility.

You will orient and train teammates, prepare schedules, handle staffing issues, perform assignments, and maintain records and equipment care. A high school diploma or GED is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of institutional housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents.
• Assumes responsibility for the operation and care of the departmental equipment used by assigned teammates.
