IMC is currently has an opening for our Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Supervisor position for our evening shift, from 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Main Campus. This position will be responsible for performing routine cleaning of patient rooms,nursing units, offices, and clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges,rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitarymanner. Includes buffing floors as needed.Performs all assigned tasks in a professionalmanner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Environmental ServicesDepartment.

WORK HOURS:

• Evening Shift
• 2:30pm - 10:30pm
• Main Campus

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous supervisorexperience and current hospital experience is desired.
• One to three (1-3) years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience preferred

PRINCIPAL TASKS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs all aspects of assigned tasks in a manner that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. Maintains set quality standards whenperforming job duties. Ability to work day, evening or night shift as assigned. Ability to do work on his/her own with normal supervision. Observes safety precautions at all times. Maintains and ensures age-specific precautions. Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Adheres to dress code. Appearance is neat and clean Completes annual education requirements. Maintains regulatory requirements. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Reports to work on time and as scheduled. Completes work within designated time. Wears identification while on duty; uses the computerized punch time system correctly.
