Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a high-impact team at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. The role focuses on delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while driving operational excellence and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3 years related experience with 2 years supervisory experience, and holds a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift - 40 hrs/week, 5 days, 8 hours. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:

• Lead a high-impact team that helps shape the patient experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the hospital while driving operational excellence and service quality.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay
