Job summary

Port Madison Enterprises in Suquamish, WA is seeking a Facilities- Supervisor to oversee Environmental Services of the Casino and PME facilities. This role supervises the crew on assigned shifts and coordinates schedules with the Environmental Services Coordinator.

This position includes some payroll and administrative duties, responsibility for supplies and equipment, and upkeep of PME grounds under guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Experience in administrative abilities.
• Written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Ability to be trained in the proper handling of chemicals.

General Position Summary:

Provides direct supervision and oversees Environmental Services of Casino and other PME facilities as necessary. Delegates job duties to crew consistent with Coordinator’s directives. Some payroll and administrative duties.

Job Conditions:

Working conditions include working in an office setting with a computer, telephone, fax and other office equipment. Other working conditions may include working alone, or in a busy office with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8 to 12 hours). Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs climbs ladders, work in inclement weather, stoop, squat, and bend and kneel.
