Program Overview
Youth Villages’ Residential Treatment programs serve children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Our residential campuses offer intensive treatment combining structure and freedom, helping children and families understand and cope with their needs and develop necessary skills. We operate three types of facilities—Intensive Residential Centers, Open Campuses, and Group Homes—in Tennessee and Georgia, utilizing the Re-Education of Emotionally Disturbed Children (Re-Ed) therapy model.

A valid driver’s license is required for certain locations that involve driving (varies by campus).
Work Schedule
Full-time position working every other weekend (6 am-2:30 pm) and weekdays (9 am-5:30 pm). On-call duties for one week every seven weeks and work during two holidays annually are required.
