Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab in Marietta, GA is seeking an Environmental Services professional for PRN as needed.

This role supports housekeeping, laundry and related environmental duties in a senior care environment, with a focus on compassionate elder care and teamwork. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, several years in environmental service areas, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 4 years experience in Housekeeping, Laundry and/or Floor Tech.
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required.
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Ability to flex between various Environmental Services roles.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork with fellow care partners.
• Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
