Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with peers and client staff.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite supervision of staff, monitoring supplies and equipment, and communicates daily assignments to staff.
• Models and coaches team on safe use of equipment and chemicals; follows safety procedures.
• Inspects team work for cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and guides employees; handles routine employee relations issues and escalates when needed.
• Participates in recruitment to staff the team with appropriate skills.
• Onboards and trains new employees on policies and procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and communicates information clearly to the team.
• Maintains the work environment in an "inspection ready" state.
• Maintains good client relations and team relations.
• Rewards, recognizes, and develops high performers.
• Supervises major projects when needed and ensures supplies are available.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
