Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes safety, training, and positive resident experiences, with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.

The position requires supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping and strong communication with facility staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and communicate with building occupants and leadership.
• Must meet safety policies and COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
