Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. This role focuses on delivering clean, safe environments that support resident well-being and comfort.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, coordinate with building administrators, and contribute to training and quality programs to sustain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervisory experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand/sit/bend/walk for extended periods.
• Must follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Within the service area as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead light/heavy housekeeping and laundry aide duties across shifts.
