Role Description

As an Environmental Services Manager in Training (MIT), you will prepare for future leadership roles within our support services team. You will learn best practices in safety, quality control, housekeeping, hiring, training, payroll, P&L, purchasing, and supply chain. You will be assigned to a training location for hands-on learning and participate in our Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree (expected by August 2025 or earlier)
• One year of customer service or related experience (preferred)
• Willingness to relocate
• Financial acumen including profit & loss, inventory, cash handling
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of contract administration and safety regulations
• Mechanical inclination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Driver’s License (for transportation roles)

About the Program

The AMP is a 12+ week program focusing on management development through assessments, personalized learning, mentorship, and evaluations. Successful completion may lead to managerial opportunities in environmental services or support areas.
