Position Overview

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a comprehensive, approximately sixteen-week, interactive training experience. The program covers:

  • Operations of housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech equipment
  • Leadership development and staff training
  • Policy adherence and quality standards
  • Record keeping and reporting
  • Managerial responsibilities including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Effective communication and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required
  • Reside in the service area
