Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training in New York to learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations at a long-term care facility through a structured 12-week program.

You will receive hands-on and computer-based training, learn compliance with policies and federal/state requirements, and gain scheduling and staff oversight experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
