A leading support services organization in Birmingham, AL, seeks an Environmental Services Manager to oversee the EVS department at a 409-bed hospital. This role involves managing a team, coordinating tasks, ensuring compliance with standards, and handling financial data. Full-time schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.

As an Environmental Services Manager, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of the EVS department at a 409 bed hospital, leading a team of about 20 hourly associates. You will coordinate the tasks of the department associates and assist in training and development. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments and provide the highest possible level of service.
