Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Environmental Services Manager - 3rd shift at Northside Hospital Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. The manager will lead custodial operations, supervise, train, and direct 13 custodial associates, and support the Environmental Services Director in meeting objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and financial performance of the unit
• Coach and develop employees, recognize top performers
• Plan and lead team meetings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards

Client Relations

• Maintain effective client rapport
• Identify client needs and communicate progress
• Deliver excellent customer service based on WEST principles
• Support new business and retention efforts

Financial Performance

• Manage budgets, control costs related to labor, supplies, and inventory
• Maintain financial statements and meet financial targets
• Implement Aramark processes and systems
• Analyze performance metrics to improve margins
