**Job Description**

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Environmental Services Manager position at Riddle Hospital located in Media, PA. The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager is responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department (Housekeeping).
2. Oversee Linen Distribution.
3. Distribute supplies, hold shift huddles, manage scheduling and training, and monitor performance.
4. Manage floor care, trash removal, biohazardous waste removal, overall cleanliness of the building, and patient room cleaning.
5. Conduct rounding with patients, service recovery, quality audits, and inspections.
6. Communicate and build relationships with other department leaders.
7. Plan, control, and direct all cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Prefers at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
3. Up to 2 years of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
4. Experience managing janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping operations will be considered.
