You will lead Assistant Directors and Operations Managers, ensuring coordination across departments and serving as a liaison between hospital administration and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of healthcare housekeeping leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
• Solid business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service and quality standards, administrative skills & highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals.
• Effective public speaking and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use a participative management approach, prioritize tasks, and develop budgets based on facility needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental financial data, statistics, and expenditure monitoring
• Develop and recommend the operating budget; ensure the department operates within approved financial guidelines
