Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility.

You will ensure compliance with policies, supervise staff, and coordinate cross-functional activities to support resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, training, and effective communication with administrators, staff, and residents, with opportunities to lead process improvements and training initiatives within

Qualifications

• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/bend/walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Lead light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across varying shifts.
• Direct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Serve as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, client staff, residents, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
