Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training to learn how to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility through a structured 12-week program.

The program blends hands-on work with computer-based training to develop leadership, compliance with policies and state/federal requirements, and the ability to supervise staff.

Qualifications

• Must have basic organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems to maintain records and reports.
• Compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
