Job summary

Waltonwood is seeking an Environmental Service Manager to lead a team ensuring safety, beauty, and maintenance across communities. You will collaborate with Maintenance Technicians and Housekeeping, coordinate model upkeep with Marketing, and drive preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, manage supply stock, and handle work orders while supporting on-call rotations and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading Environmental Service functions for a similar property.
Must be familiar and know how to work with HVAC and electrical systems safely; HVAC certification/training preferred.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the upkeep of models, working with Marketing to ensure the highest standards in these units to show prospective residents.
Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on community systems, such as HVAC, electric, plumbing and alarm systems.
Ensure the community grounds are well maintained, providing an attractive and safe environment.
Provide direct oversight of Maintenance Technicians and the Housekeeping department.
Walk through and prepare units for new residents by cleaning, painting, repairing and providing preventative maintenance to ensure units are ready and safe.
