Responsibilities

• Lead three or more employees in housekeeping tasks across medical center areas.
• Communicate instructions from Supervisor and validate completed work.
• Coordinate projects with nurses and area supervisors for timely completion.
• Set pace, demonstrate methods, and train staff on cleaning supplies and equipment usage.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and safety compliance is met.
• Provide on-the-job training and identify remedial training needs.
