Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility in Gladstone, Oregon. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with facility leadership to uphold resident and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Lead training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with clients and residents.
