Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years healthcare housekeeping & supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Lead trainings, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and proper safety precautions.
