Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Required 2 years' experience in Environmental Services in either Healthcare, Hospitality, or Contract Cleaning services. Preferred prior hospital experience in Environmental Services.
• High school diploma or equivalent may be substituted for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and floor care duties in assigned areas daily per infection control SOPs.
• Responds to spill cleanup and assists in space quality improvements.
• Monitors staff activities and communicates with supervisor to coordinate tasks.
• Locates, inspects, tests equipment as needed and ensures maintenance stickers are present.
• Undergoes respiratory fit testing as required for safety.
