Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents, families, and staff on site. You will interact with residents and teammates daily, delivering friendly, professional service in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include keeping resident rooms and common areas spotless, promoting a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with infection prevention practices to enhance the overall resident experience.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates are dependable, caring, and committed to excellence.
• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Do

As an Environmental Services Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to positively interact with residents, families, guests, and fellow team members every day. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining resident rooms and common areas to the highest cleanliness standards
• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Supporting infection prevention and safety practices
• Contributing to a positive resident experience through attention to detail and compassionate service

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are dependable, caring, and committed to excellence. Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

No experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person and provide the support needed for success.

We are currently seeking a team member who can work:

Every other weekend

One weekday shift per week
